PENSACOLA, Fla. - A builder named by its insurer in a Chinese drywall declaratory judgment action has withdrawn its demand for coverage in a move it says obviates the need for a court to decide the insurer's duty to defend or indemnify against underlying claims. First Specialty Insurance Corp. v. Williams-Brown Inc., No. 11-527 (N.D. Fla.).
