PENSACOLA, Fla. - An insurer that filed a declaratory judgment suit in November seeking clarification of its coverage obligations for a Florida Chinese drywall claim has moved for an entry of default against the company that allegedly installed the product. Westfield Insurance Co. v. Rightway Drywall Inc., et al., No. 11-548 (N.D. Fla.).
Westfield Insurance Co. moved filed an application for entry of default March 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, claiming that defendant The Mitchell Co. has failed to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint.
