Drywall Remediation Co. Fights Subpoena Issued in Fla. Coverage Action

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The firm tapped to remediate Chinese drywall-damaged homes as part of Knauf Plasterboard (Tianjin) Co.'s global settlement plan has filed an objection to a subpoena served on the company in a Florida drywall coverage action. Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Co., et al. v. Compson Associates of Boynton II LLC, et al., No. 11-80866 (S.D. Fla.).
