TAMPA, Fla. - A Florida judge has denied a motion to reconsider her decision to bar coverage for Chinese drywall claims based on a policy's total pollution exclusion, refusing to draw a distinction between traditional environmental pollution and that which occurs within a building. Granite State Insurance Co., et al. v. American Building Materials Inc., et al., No. 10-1542 (M.D. Fla.).
