JEFFERSON, Ga. - A state court judge in Georgia has ruled that homeowners who were unaware that their residence was constructed with Chinese drywall are time-barred from bringing property damage claims against distributors and suppliers more than four years after it was built. Spencer v. Venture Supply Inc, et al., No. 10 CV 1251 (Ga. Super. Ct., Jackson Cty.).
