WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A state court judge has determined that coverage is available under an "all risk" homeowners policy for losses and damage associated with the installation of Chinese drywall in a Florida home. Etter v. United Services Automobile Assoc., No. 502010CA001877MB (Fla. Cir. Ct., Palm Beach Cty.).

Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge Lucy Chernow Brown ruled Dec. 15 that insurer United Services Automobile Association failed to demonstrate that any of the exclusions in the policy applied to bar coverage for the drywall-related homeowners' claim.
