Fla. Plaintiffs Seek Answers About Bankrupt Supplier's Drywall Knowledge

WILMINGTON, Del. - Several Florida state court plaintiffs have filed a brief in L&W Supply Co.'s federal bankruptcy case, opposing the debtor's request for entry of a discharge injunction that would effectively bar recovery for Chinese drywall claims asserted against the supplier.
