VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Venture Supply Inc. has filed a motion urging a state court judge to ignore Taishan Gypsum's latest attempt to delay progress in a Chinese drywall suit and enter default judgment against the manufacturer for its repeated failure to respond to Venture's third-party claims. Proto v. The Futura Group, et al., No. CL09-2455 (Va. Cir. Ct., Virginia Beach Cty.).
