MIAMI - A judge has granted a motion to vacate in its entirety a judgment that was entered against Banner Supply Co. after jurors awarded $2.6 million to Florida homeowners who sued the supplier and others for Chinese drywall-related damage. Seifart v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 09-38887 CA 42 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
