Civil Conspiracy, Fraud Claims Filed in Complaint Against Banner and Its Execs

MIAMI - Plaintiffs in Florida have filed civil conspiracy and fraud claims against Banner Supply Co. and its corporate officers, alleging that the company engaged in a cover-up to keep the public from knowing about defects in Chinese drywall that the company supplied to builders and homeowners.
