Palm Beach Opt-Outs May Proceed with Claims Against Banner, Judge Rules

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - Another Florida judge has ruled that Chinese drywall plaintiffs with claims against Banner Supply Co. may proceed with their cases in state court if they opt out of a global settlement that was preliminarily approved by the federal MDL court.
