SUFFOLK, Va. - A state court judge has sustained demurrers as to all claims asserted by a Virginia couple against a realtor and supplier of allegedly defective Chinese drywall used in the construction of their home. Seeman, et al. v. Oxfordshire LLC, et al., No. CL 10-936 (Va. Cir. Ct., Suffolk Cty.).
