PENSACOLA, Fla. - Owners Insurance Co. has filed a declaratory judgment action in Florida, marking the insurer's second attempt to have a court rule that it has no duty to defend nor indemnify a Chinese drywall supplier for class action claims asserted by The Mitchell Company Inc. Owners Insurance Co., et al. v. The Mitchell Co. Inc., et al., No. 12-13 (N.D. Fla.).
