Drywall MDL Judge Grants Motions to Quash Subpoenas Directed to Financial Firms

NEW ORLEANS - The Chinese Drywall MDL judge has granted a motion by T. Rowe Price to quash a subpoena served on the financial investment firm by plaintiffs seeking information about its ties to China-based drywall manufacturers.
