NEW ORLEANS - The Chinese Drywall MDL judge has granted a motion by T. Rowe Price to quash a subpoena served on the financial investment firm by plaintiffs seeking information about its ties to China-based drywall manufacturers. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).

Judge Eldon E. Fallon issued the ruling as part of a Sept. 19 order in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana that also included a similar ruling on a motion to quash a subpoena directed to JP Morgan Chase & Co. Judge Fallon commented that written reasons for …
