INEX Excess Insurer North River Sues Knauf to Recoup Drywall Losses

NEW ORLEANS - An insurer that sold excess coverage to Interior Exterior Building Supply Co. has filed a lawsuit against drywall manufacturer Knauf, seeking recovery of any losses related to direct actions filed against the insurer and for claims asserted against INEX. The North River Insurance Co. v. Knauf International GmbH, et al., No. 11-1670 (E.D. La.).
