TAMPA, Fla. - A builder and installer locked in a Chinese drywall coverage dispute with National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh have failed in their bid to strike the insurer's motion for summary judgment that was filed nearly seven months ahead of discovery and dispositive motion deadlines.
