HATTIESBURG, Miss. - A commercial general liability insurer has filed a lawsuit in Mississippi, claiming it has no obligation to cover allegations included in a class action against a dissolved builder that allegedly used Chinese drywall in construction of a class member's home. Alfa Insurance Co. v. KBS Construction Company, Inc., et al., No. 11-160 (S.D. Miss.).
