Broward County Drywall Judge Cancels Hearings in Wake of Banner Deal

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - A judge in Broward County has canceled all hearings pertaining to Banner Supply Co. and related entities, citing a federal MDL directive to stay state and federal litigation while parties work toward approval of the drywall supplier's global settlement.
