MOBILE, Ala. - A heating and air conditioning contractor has filed a motion for summary judgment in Alabama state court, arguing that it cannot be held responsible for damage caused by Chinese drywall in a subdivision where it installed nearly three-dozen units. Little, et al. v. The Mitchell Co. Inc., et al., No. CV-2009-901153 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Mobile Cty.).
