TAMPA, Fla. - A federal judge has permitted the depositions of two executives at Chartis who were involved in underwriting policies that are the subject of a Chinese drywall coverage action filed against the insurer by Taylor Morrison Inc. Taylor Morrison Inc., et al. v. Chartis Specialty Insurance Co., No. 10-1347 (M.D. Fla.).
