GRETNA, La. - A Louisiana Court of Appeal has affirmed an award of summary judgment to an insurer in a Chinese drywall case, holding that several exclusions in a homeowners policy apply to bar coverage for drywall-related property damage. Ross v. C. Adams Construction & Design LLC, et al., No. 10-CA-852 (La. Ct. App., 5th Cir.).
