BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Alabama plaintiffs who sued their builders and Interior Exterior Building Supply Co. for Chinese drywall damage have asked a judge to reject the supplier's bid to put their state court cases on hold while the federal MDL court considers approving a global settlement announced by InEx last month. Burson, et al. v. Vintage Home LLC, et al., No. CV-08-317 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
