Ala. Plaintiffs Urge Court to Rule MDL Order Inapplicable to State Court Drywall Cases

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Alabama plaintiffs who sued their builders and Interior Exterior Building Supply Co. for Chinese drywall damage have asked a judge to reject the supplier's bid to put their state court cases on hold while the federal MDL court considers approving a global settlement announced by InEx last month.
