NEW ORLEANS - Drywall manufacturer Knauf has moved to exclude an expert report and proposed testimony that support an award of stigma damages to homeowners whose properties have lost value because they once contained Chinese drywall. In Re: Chinese Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
