Knauf, Banner Supply at Odds Over Indemnity Claim Following $2.4 Million Verdict

MIAMI - Knauf Plasterboard (Tianjin) Co. and its related entities have filed a motion for summary judgment asking a state court judge to determine whether Banner Supply Co. can pursue an indemnity claim against the Chinese drywall manufacturer for a verdict entered against the supplier last year.
