Homebuilder Challenges MDL Court's Preliminary Approval of INEX Drywall Deal

NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana homebuilder that says its state court contribution case against Interior Exterior Building Supply was put on hold after the MDL court granted preliminary approval of the drywall supplier's global settlement has filed a motion for new trial and amendment of the settlement order.
