KB Home Says Pollution, Sistership, Product Exclusions Don't Apply to Drywall Case

TAMPA, Fla. - Developer KB Home has opposed an insurer's motion for summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action, arguing against the application of the pollution, sistership and your product exclusions to claims it filed in Florida state court against a Chinese drywall supplier.
