TAMPA, Fla. - Developer KB Home has opposed an insurer's motion for summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action, arguing against the application of the pollution, sistership and your product exclusions to claims it filed in Florida state court against a Chinese drywall supplier. Auto-Owners Insurance Co. v. American Building Materials Inc., et al., No. 10-313 (M.D. Fla.).
