MIAMI - A federal judge has granted a motion to dismiss a drywall insurance coverage case that was filed by a homebuilder in Florida nearly nine months after its insurer filed a related case in Louisiana. The Insurance Company of the State of Pennsylvania v. Centerline Homes Inc., et al., No. 10-61707 (S.D. Fla.).
