NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - A federal judge has issued orders in two Virginia declaratory judgment actions, holding in abeyance a ruling on summary judgment in one case and continuing a trial date in another while the state Supreme Court decides whether pollution exclusions bar coverage for Chinese drywall claims.
