MIAMI - A homeowner named as a defendant in a Florida Chinese drywall insurance case has appealed a recent decision by a federal judge who held that a pollution exclusion in a commercial general liability policy barred coverage for Chinese drywall claims. General Fidelity Insurance Co. v. Foster, et al., No. 09-80743 (S.D. Fla.).
