Drywall Defendant-Homeowner Appeals Fla. Pollution Exclusion Decision

MIAMI - A homeowner named as a defendant in a Florida Chinese drywall insurance case has appealed a recent decision by a federal judge who held that a pollution exclusion in a commercial general liability policy barred coverage for Chinese drywall claims.
