Builder Sues Drywall Installer for Indemnity, Defense of Fla. Condo Claims

MIAMI - A Florida construction firm has sued the company it subcontracted to perform drywall work in a condominium project, alleging that it is responsible for defending and indemnifying the builder against a lawsuit filed after Chinese drywall was discovered in the homes.
