Interior/Exterior Seeks Designation as Good Faith Seller of Chinese Drywall

NEW ORLEANS - Interior/Exterior Building Supply has asked a federal judge to declare that it was a good faith seller of Chinese drywall under Louisiana law because there exists no evidence that it knew the imported product it sold to builders was defective.
