Fla. Court Consolidates Appeals of $2.5 Million Chinese Drywall Verdict

MIAMI - A Florida state appeals court has consolidated Banner Supply Co.'s efforts to overturn a nearly $1.3 million judgment entered against it in the first Chinese Drywall case to go to trial in the state. Banner Supply Co. v. Seifart, Nos. 3D11-378, 3D10-2262 (Fla. Ct. App., 3rd Dist.).

The Third District Court of Appeal on Feb. 25 consolidated two appeals filed by the drywall supplier, one month after Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Joseph P.
