Brief Highlights Similarities Among Fla. Coverage Cases, Drywall MDL

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Counsel for homeowners named as defendants in Florida insurance coverage cases has filed a brief urging a federal judge to consider the close relationship between the claims and those pending in the MDL before proceeding with the litigation. Mid-Continent Casualty Co. v. Oyster Bay Homes Inc., et al., No. 10-188 (M.D. Fla.).
