NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - A Virginia homeowner has filed a motion in a Chinese drywall insurance coverage case, asking the court to seek guidance from the state Supreme Court on whether a pollution exclusion contained in a commercial general liability policy applies to claims for drywall damage.
