MACON, Ga. - The Mitchell Co. has been dismissed from a declaratory judgment action filed in Georgia by its insurer after a federal judge determined that the Chinese drywall defendant's ties to the state were insufficient to establish personal jurisdiction under Georgia's long-arm statute. Owners Insurance Co., et al. v. The Mitchell Company Inc., et al., No. 09-374 (M.D. Ga.).
