Drywall MDL Judge Orders, Then Cancels 'Global Mediation' in Coverage Cases

NEW ORLEANS - The Chinese drywall MDL judge has issued an amended order canceling a "global mediation" in two insurance coverage cases just three days after scheduling the event. Pate v. American International Specialty Lines Co., et al., No. 09-7791; Amato, et al. v. Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., et al., No. 10-932 (E.D. La.).
