Fla. Judge Dismisses Drywall Coverage Action, Paving Way for Colo. State Case

MIAMI - A federal judge in Florida has dismissed an insurer's Chinese drywall coverage action in favor of a more comprehensive, subsequently filed action the insured filed in Colorado state court. Granite State Insurance Co. v. ProBuild Holdings Inc., et al., No. 10-60246 (S.D. Fla.).

In a ruling released Jan. 21, Magistrate Judge Stephen T.
