Drywall MDL Judge Appoints New Plaintiffs' Steering Committee

NEW ORLEANS - Judge Eldon E. Fallon has appointed the new Plaintiffs' Steering Committee for the Chinese Drywall MDL, adding two members to the group. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).

In an order entered Jan. 12, Judge Fallon said he received a number of requests for appointment and reappointment to the PSC. The group has added members Daniel K. Bryson of Lewis & Roberts in Raleigh, N.C. and Richard J. Serpe of Norfolk, Va. Bryson previously served as of counsel to the group. Both will serve one-year terms on the committee.
