Parties Ordered to Appear in Drywall MDL for Mediation of Slidell Property Claims

NEW ORLEANS - Several parties in the federal Chinese drywall litigation have been ordered to appear next week in New Orleans for mediation of claims involving drywall damage in properties owned by Slidell Property Management LLC. In Re: Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2047 (E.D. La.).
Judge Eldon E. Fallon issued the order Jan. 20, scheduling mediation for Jan. 24 in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
