NEW ORLEANS - Plaintiffs in a Chinese drywall class action filed in the MDL have moved for a preliminary default judgment against several foreign defendants who have been served with the complaint but have yet to respond or enter an appearance in the case. Wiltz, et al. v. Beijing New Building Materials Public Limited Co., et al., No. 10-361 (E.D. La.).
