PSC Targets Taishan in Motion Challenging Drywall Discovery Responses

NEW ORLEANS - Plaintiffs in the Chinese drywall MDL have filed a motion challenging discovery responses that it has received from defendant Taishan Gypsum Co. Ltd., claiming the information disclosed so far does little to assist the court in determining whether it has jurisdiction over the Chinese company.
