TAMPA, Fla. - A federal judge has denied a motion by Taylor Morrison Inc. to limit discovery to a representative sampling of test case homes that would be used to determine whether Chartis Specialty Insurance Co. owes the builder coverage for alleged drywall damage to more than 200 Florida residences.
