Judge Denies Bid to Take 2008 Defects Case Off Ala. Chinese Drywall Docket

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A state court judge in Alabama has denied a motion to remove a construction defects lawsuit from coordinated proceedings for Chinese drywall cases, despite the fact that it was filed three years ago and only recently amended to add drywall-related claims.
