BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - A state court judge in Alabama has denied a motion to remove a construction defects lawsuit from coordinated proceedings for Chinese drywall cases, despite the fact that it was filed three years ago and only recently amended to add drywall-related claims. Burson, et al. v. Vintage Homes LLC, et al., No. CV-2008-00317 (Ala. Cir. Ct., Jefferson Cty.).
