MOBILE, Ala. - A drywall coverage case that was dismissed for failure to involve a dispute valued at more than the $75,0000 jurisdictional minimum has been re-filed with evidence that it may cost nearly $150,000 to repair the home that is the subject of the underlying suit. Castlepoint National Insurance Co. v. Classic Home Builders LLC, et al., No. 10-676 (S.D. Ala.).
