WASHINGTON, D.C. - Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. is opposing an attempt by the plaintiffs in the Chinese Drywall MDL to transfer a coverage action to New Orleans, calling it a transparent attempt to prevent the trial court from ruling on a summary judgment motion pending in the case.
