NEW ORLEANS - Quanta Indemnity Co. has filed a declaratory judgment action in Louisiana, asserting that it had no duty to defend or indemnify an insured for Chinese drywall claims by residents who closed on homes after the date that its policies went into effect. Quanta Indemnity Co. v. Southern Homes LLC, et al., No. 10-4215 (E.D. La.).
