MIAMI - A Florida judge has rejected an attempt by plaintiffs to have Banner Supply Co. cover all of the $2.5 million in damages they were awarded earlier this year after jurors found the supplier partly responsible for Chinese drywall damage in the plaintiffs' home. Seifart v. Knauf Gips KG, et al., No. 2009-38887 CA 42 (Fla. Cir. Ct., Miami-Dade Cty.).
