Plaintiffs Committee Wants Va. Coverage Suit in Drywall MDL

WASHINGTON, D.C. - After several failed efforts to transfer similar insurance coverage actions to MDL 2047, the plaintiffs' steering committee has identified a declaratory judgment action in Virginia that it says meets the criteria for inclusion in the coordinated federal docket.
