Builders to Align with Plaintiffs Against Drywall Suppliers, Manufacturers

NEW ORLEANS - The Homebuilders' Steering Committee of the federal Chinese Drywall MDL has indicated in court filings that it intends to align itself with plaintiffs in the litigation and seek class status in claims against Knauf, Banner Supply and Taishan Gypsum Co.
