RICHMOND, Va. - A Virginia insured who appealed a decision denying coverage for Chinese drywall damage to his home says in an Aug. 31 brief that the ruling should be reversed because it ignored a discovery request that he says would have provided pertinent information about the terms of his homeowners' policy.
